Who we are

The Tallahassee Lemur Society is North Florida’s fastest-growing lemur advocacy and veneration organization.

How do you become a member? Just love lemurs and you are automatically a member!

Our mission is simple. We want to serve lemurs in any way we can. This involves education, outreach, and donations to lemur research groups such as the Duke Lemur Center and the Lemur Conservation Foundation. Most importantly, we advocate for a change in worldview. Rather than accepting the lie of human supremacy (the idea that humans should be the dominant species on Earth), we realize that lemurs are superior to other species.
